By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the 906jl platform at any time, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with any additional policies, rules, or guidelines published on the 906jl website, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules applicable to the games you play.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All content on the 906jl platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, platform design, game interfaces supplied by 906jl, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the property of 906jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any 906jl content without the prior written consent of 906jl.

Game titles, graphics, and software sourced from third-party game providers remain the intellectual property of those respective providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence to use any 906jl or third-party intellectual property beyond the limited right to access the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

906jl's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 906jl's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The 906jl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 906jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

906jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected underage gambling;
• Multiple account registration;
• Court order or direction from a competent regulatory authority;
• Where 906jl reasonably determines that continued access poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this clause limits the right of any party to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

906jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their 906jl account and will be displayed prominently on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before taking effect.

Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing language, and adjustments to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect upon publication without advance notice.

Your continued use of the 906jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure before the amendment takes effect.
